The West Indies would been glad to take those four hundreds.

The scoring shots are very good indeed. It's what intersperses them
that is problematic.

He clearly has the game to score much quicker, and on occasion he has.
I recall an ODI a couple of years ago when Kallis was under fire for
being too one-paced and Pollock said to the press "I know you say that
about Jacques. All I can say is watch him go today." And he did.

no doubt he can hit some glorious shots, but he bats way to selfishly. i
quite like watching his scoring shots, but its his mannerisms that shit me
sometimes, his over-exaggeration of some balls he faces is baffling. overall
he is a quality bat, but i'd much rather watch the other 5 in the top 6 of
SA.

Arguably. But your topic makes it sound like you're quoting him. He
never said that, and it's unfair to attribute such a statement (made
verbally or otherwise) to him.

There is something called humor.

Oh I don't know. Rudolph's ton was not the most joyous of affairs
(like Kallis he has left his dashing stroke play in provincial
cricket), and McKenzie is liking watching paint dry - when he sticks
around.
