I am waiting for shoaib to bowl in this test match. I want to see how
is action looks like on the SLO MO.... I noticed he still bends his arm
for his yorkers and bouncers.....for evidence check Ashley Giles
dismissal in eng test series when he was bowled by yorker from shoaib
...... its on google videos.... watch akthar elbow carefully.... i want
to see him bowling with a T shirt and not with a full sleeve
shirt....HE CHUCKS MAN and BIG TIME

Akthar's action will look suspect as the slow mo shows only one camera
shot at a time.  They should show from two cameras located at the pitch
line and the perpendicular line to see the views simultaneously.  Even
the normal shots look suspet during the Super Test, and the Englad
series

Most of have our elbows to extend upto 180 degrees.  Murali's locks at
<180, and Akthar's goes beyond 180.

I cannot pass any judgement on Akthar whether he really chucks, as I
cou;d not study his deliveries properly.  But, if an umpire is meant to
call as he sees (according to old interpretation of the Law) I would
call NO.

I guess that's why he has been cleared by the ICC. Don't hate the
player, hate the game.

I also want India to win and believe it can do so with its formidable
batting line-up. We do not need to make a non-issue in to an issue
(i.e.Shoaib's action) to win this match or the series. I watched Shoaib
during super series and during the last series against England. His
action seems much cleaner to me compared to Brett Lee, Muralitharan and
for that matter Harbhajan. Also there is no risk of Hair calling him
for chucking because of this very reason. Having said that, my
prediction is that Dravid, Laxman and Tendulkar will have no problems
facing Shoaib on this pitch. I expect a few centuries from Indian
batsmen and the match ending in a draw.

I am not saying that Brett Lee, Muralitharan and Harbhajan dont chuck.
I think Hrabhajan used to chuck till he was called during the pak
series. I think his action he is fine now.... and also his doosra was
the only thing he used to chuck but I think that now his doosra is fine
but lets see how it looks on the slow motion but I honestly think
shoaib does check when he strives for pace or a bouncer.. this is not
because I hate him but an honest opinion... I think ICC is ***
organization and has no balls to stop this kind of bowling and just to
acvoid controversies for the fear of losing mony they come up with this
new rules like you are allowed to bend less tha 15 degree what ***is
this... when you explicitly have a rule which says any bending of the
arm can be considered as chucking then how come this new rule be
accomodated.... Probably in future they will come up with some new rule
saying batsmaen is allowed to stand out  his crease and will not be
given stumped out if he is 5 cm from the crease....
