Large dif between highest & 2nd highest scores in an ODI inns

Gower in that match scored 158 off 118 balls (which would still be
excellent now, and was virtually unheard of then), while the other
England batsmen managed 90 off 189 balls.

In the previous match, he scored 122 off 134 balls while the rest of
the team managed 97 off 173.

Both were completed (50 over) innings. Is this an unusual achievement
- outscoring your team-mates with a century in back-to-back matches?

Can we have a similar list for Test matches with the following
requirements:
Top score > 100
2nd best score < 35
Wickets lost = 10
