Tickets for Lords test matches

I know this is a long way out, but does anybody know how far in advance
tickets for Lords test matches go on sale?  And how quickly they sell out??
I've talking England vs NZ next May.

Thanks

Public sale in December/January, but the likelihood of selling out a
game against NZ in May is about nil. You'll be able to get tickets on
the gate.

The last three Tests played by NZ at Lord's (1990, 1994, 1999) were all sold
out well in advance for the Friday and Saturday.  The first two were played
in the traditional Lord's slot in late June, whilst 1999 was a month later
owing to the World Cup.  Presumably the early-season matches attract fewer
advance bookings?

Indeed. The later Lord's Test is one of those essential events for
socialites, whereas the one in May is only patronised by people who
like cricket.

Ouch, that hurts!

Cheers,

one in May.]
