pitch preparation

Why are the pitches in a country pre***ly of given type? Why are the wickets in the subcontinent mainly krumblers and roads? Why don't they have bounce? Is it technically/scientifically hard to do produce a bouncy pitch in India/turner in Australia/Eng/SA? Is it just a question of political will? Why isn't the type of wicket not chosen at random, say out of three types of wickets - bouncy/turner/medium type wicket?

4-0 results either at home or abroad are not good, for either team.

Climate, soil & grass type I'd suggest.

It's probably possible (eh?) to globally manufacture the identical pitch in
a greenhouse and then drop it in, but who wants that?
