High % of bowled+lbw wkts by a bowler in career

I was intrigued by the number of 'bowled' and 'leg-before-wicket'
dismissals Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis have achieved in their Test
careers. Leaving the wisecracks about umpiring aside, it suggests that
the batsmen have difficulty in putting their bats to Wasim/Waqar's
straight deliveries. Here is a list to put their achievement in
perspective (qualification - at least 100 Test wickets). The first
column (%) gives the 'bowled' and 'lbw' wickets added together as a
percentage of total number of wickets.

  %     B   LBW   Wkts
57.59   62   29   158   S Ramadhin (WI)
57.14  102   42   252   JB Statham (Eng)
56.82   98  102   352   Waqar Younis (Pak)
56.58   98   31   228   RR Lindwall (Aus)
54.19   59   25   155   MW Tate (Eng)
53.38  102  119   414   Wasim Akram (Pak)
50.69   47   26   144   WJ O'Reilly (Aus)
50.00   32   22   108   DVP Wright (Eng)

Bottom of the list:
24.39   26    4   123   EJ Chatfield (NZ)
23.48   23    8   132   AA Mallett (Aus)
22.22   19    9   126   B Yardley (Aus)
22.12   14    9   104   CL Hooper (WI)
21.49   17    9   121   PCR Tufnell (Eng)

Bonus stat: a bowler can take a wicket in seven different ways -
bowled, caught by the wicketkeeper, caught in the field, caught and
bowled, leg-before-wicket, hit-wicket and stumped. Obviously many
bowlers have achieved all these forms of dismissals in their Test
careers. Here is a list of bowlers who have achieved this feat despite
of taking less than 50 wickets in their Test careers.

13  JB Stollmeyer (WI)
29  MN Hart (NZ)
30  JW Hearne (Eng)
33  TR Veivers (Aus)
41  Arshad Ayub (Ind)
45  IAR Peebles (Eng); L Amarnath (Ind)
48  OG Smith (WI)
49  JC White (Eng)

Its Wasim's in *** to the RH that I think is his most deadly BW/Bowled
delivery  (made Slater look like an idiot on more than one occasion). The
straight one would be going across the RHer.

Yes.  At their peak, which they were in NZ on more than one occasion,
unplayable swinging yorkers.  Our umpires (from memory) gave as many out as
the visitors - because most of them were plumb.
