Controversial cricket issues in the Parliaments

Few Ashes matches and tours would have been discussed in the
Parliaments.  World Cup successes certainly found their place as well.
But, how about controversies?

Body Line and Under-arm Bowling were certainly there.

I thought Howard's comment on Murali was discussed in the Sri Lankan
Parliament.  Ganguly issue was to be discussed in the Indian Paliament.

Tour distruptions linked to bomb threats in Sri Lanka and Pakistan must
have been discussed in the Australian Parliament (and West Indies?).

Not touring Zimbabwe was a major politicak issue.

India and Pakistan cancelled few potential tours, and Parliaments must
have discussed those.

How often do Parliaments discuss cricket?

How about match fixing?  How about TV rights?

[Howard is not just a cricket tragic]

The furore created by Bodyline soured Anglo Australian relations and
caused diplomatic shock waves that were felt in the corridors of
Canberra and Whitehall.

Wonder what exactly the "diplomatic shock waves were".
