Considering that both subcontinent teams are good and with Srilanka all
have won the WC atleast once one wonders why Bangladesh is such a poor
team ?

I can't imagine they have the greatest infrastructure to nuture young
talent.

Bangladesh is one of the poorest counties in the world as well as been one
of the most corrupt .   They do not have the money to put in the facilities
that are needed for them to prosper. Maybe if India with all that money they
have can help build up the Bangles facilities but the problem would be would
the money get to the right places?
