Good point! Look at the Thai ex PM who bought an English football

Some of the south east asian countries like Indonesia etc. have
leaders who are as corrupt as anyone. No argument there. Some of them
are reputed to have made not millions but billions of dollars. Some
Indian leaders however are fast catching up by making billions of
thier own due to their corrupt ways.
