Warne should have said he took Steroids the truth is more embarrassing

If I were Shane Warne, I would admit to taking steroids rather than say I
took a womans PMS diuretic to lose weight and look slim for a Television
interview. It says something about the guy's mentality that he does not find
this more embarrassing. I would rather be a drug cheat than a complete image
obsessed tosser.

he took steorids, he knows that, everyone else knows that and he knows that
everyone else knows that but to admit to it would be foolish as he would get
a increased ban

Perhaps you should contact the ICC or the ACB or even some news organ
with your irrefutable evidence? Oh, and btw, if you don't stump up with
your proof then perhaps you could like, *** off.

What's gone wrong Super Calo? You used to be quite amusing. Have you run out
of material already?

Well we dont know for sure if he has taken any steroids. I was just making
the point that he is revealing to the world that he is a very shallow
individual.

If he is smart he should accept the ban and not appeal. Ben Johnson pleaded
not guilty all the way up to a formal inquiry and when he was fenced in he
and his coach let the truth out that he had been using steroids for a number
of years.
Warne should quit while he is ahead future hearings might reveal more
damaging information .

You are obviously assuming that there's more to it than he says. Of
course, you're entitled to your opinion, but just because another guy
proclaimed innocence for a long time before finally coming clean doesn't
mean this guy will.

Remember all the heat he copped a few years ago when he was looking a little
tubby?

I think it's possible he took a steroid to help for healing hoping it'd be
out of his system by his next test.

"The Committee considered evidence from ACB Anti-Doping Medical Adviser Dr
Peter Harcourt when making its decision on a penalty, including that there
had been full co-operation from Warne, that there was no evidence of
anabolic steroids, and there was no evidence that there would be a benefit
from taking steroids in the circumstances. He also gave evidence that there
was no advantage from taking the diuretic. He said there was possibly a
disadvantage from taking the diuretic."
