M Yousuf is joining IPL but not ICL.
1- Whats the difference
2- How can he play for 3 org. Contractually he has signed ICL, then
PCB and now IPL

ICL = Indian Cricket League is a rebel league, ICC doesn't support it.
Many national boards such as BCCI, PCB has warned their players not to
signup with ICL.
IPL = Indian Premier League which is started by BCCI recently.

According to PCB Yousuf has decided to cut away from ICL and join PCB.
But recently he has signed up with IPL. This drama is not sorted out
yet. ICL is paying big money to players for signing up which has
forced BCCI and PCB to increase salary for their players.
