Are India's 11 consecutive wins chasing even among the top few in such a
list?

Thanks, but I don't think that list differentiates between match won while
batting first and while chasing.

WI had a run of 14 wins from
http://www.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/1980S/1984-85/OD_TOURNEYS/WSC/AUS_...
to
http://www.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/1980S/1986-87/WI_IN_PAK/WI_PAK_ODI....
It would've been a 27 match streak had they won in this match
(http://www.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/1980S/1984-85/OD_TOURNEYS/WSC/AUS_...).

South Africa had an unbeaten run of 15 matches from
http://stats.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2004/OD_TOURNEYS/ICCCT/SCORECARD...
to
http://usa.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2005-06/OD_TOURNEYS/VBS/SCORECARDS...
which included a 13 match winning streak starting from
http://stats.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2004-05/ENG_IN_RSA/SCORECARDS/EN...

England had a 13 match winning streak from
http://stats.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2003/OD_TOURNEYS/NWC/SCORECARDS/...
to
http://stats.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2004/OD_TOURNEYS/NWC/SCORECARDS/...

Australia had a run of 12 consecutive wins chasing, starting from SL in Feb
2004 (
http://usa.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2003-04/AUS_IN_SL/SCORECARDS/AUS_S... )
and continuing till this year's Natwest
(http://usa.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2005/OD_TOURNEYS/NWC/SCORECARDS/AU...)
This was interrupted by a no-result match though
(http://usa.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2004-05/OD_TOURNEYS/VBS/SCORECARDS...)
which australia would most likely have gone on to lose had rain not
interrupted the proceedings.

New Zealand had a 12 match unbeaten streak from
http://stats.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2003-04/PAK_IN_NZ/SCORECARDS/PAK...
to
http://stats.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2004-05/NZ_IN_AUS/SCORECARDS/NZ_...
interrupted by a no-result match in
http://usa.cricinfo.com/db/ARCHIVE/2004/OD_TOURNEYS/NWS/SCORECARDS/NZ...
which they would probably have won.

One way to find this out is to go to Statsguru, enter the country and
chose 2d inning in the filter and select result list.  That gave me the
following for SA, for example:

Eng tied -          - won  2nd 2nd ODI      in SA  2004/05 at
Bloemfontein (d/n) [2219]
Eng won  3 wkts     5 lost 2nd 3rd ODI      in SA  2004/05 at Port
Elizabeth (d/n) [2221]
Eng won  3 wkts     6 won  2nd 7th ODI      in SA  2004/05 at Centurion
[2226]
Zim won  5 wkts    21 lost 2nd 3rd ODI      in SA  2004/05 at Port
Elizabeth (d/n) [2233]
WI  won  8 wkts    30 lost 2nd 1st ODI      in WI  2004/05 at Kingston
[2241]
WI  won  8 wkts    38 won  2nd 2nd ODI      in WI  2004/05 at Kingston
[2242]
WI  won  6 wkts    19 won  2nd 4th ODI      in WI  2004/05 at Port of
Spain [2244]
WI  won  7 wkts     5 won  2nd 5th ODI      in WI  2004/05 at Port of
Spain [2245]
NZ  won  2 wkts     3 lost 2nd 1st ODI      in SA  2005/06 at
Bloemfontein [2285]
NZ  won  4 wkts     4 won  2nd 3rd ODI      in SA  2005/06 at Port
Elizabeth [2289]
NZ  won  5 wkts    11 won  2nd 5th ODI      in SA  2005/06 at Centurion
[2293]
Ind won  5 wkts     7 won  2nd 1st ODI      in Ind 2005/06 at Hyderabad
(Uppal) [2297]
Ind won  10 wkts   85 won  2nd 4th ODI      in Ind 2005/06 at Kolkata
(d/n) [2299]
Aus won  5 wkts     7 lost 2nd VB Series  2 in Aus 2005/06 at Brisbane
(d/n) [2314]

So that's 13 wins (or 14 without a loss)

Sorry for the format!
A quick glance would appear to show that success streaks when batting
first are much more difficult to compile!
