Alan Wells is hoping his personal
international ambitions can now be
realised after leading the A team
to success in India.
Their win in Calcutta put them 2-0
up in the three-match series with
India A and Wells played a big part
by making 93 and 65 in the match.
"I certainly believe I am good
enough for Test cricket and that I
could have a future at the top
level," the 33-year-old commented.
"My job here is to captain the side
and provide experience. But I am
also here to further my ambitions."
