India must not play Sehwag for T3. If ICC calls it
unofficial,
then Sehwag's punishment never took place. So when India
insists
on playing Sehwag against England, then England will be
dragged
into the controversy. That will further irritate ICC.

I see no problems with irritating the ICC.

Let us force their hand.
