More like a swarm of bugs.
Zimbabwe doesn't even feature on the list even though they'r elisted as

I haven't checked if this is true, but the Zimbabwe thing is possibly not a bug. A team can play a test match without actually qualifying to be in the list (you need to have played a minimum number of matches over last 2-3 years to qualify to be put on the list. This doesn't mean that the matches that you are currently playing don't contribute to your opponent's rating).

Indeed. If alvey could actually read, he'd note that this is
explicitly stated on the ICC website.
