Not on their own, no.  However NZC does, and gave its blessing as the
article says.

I wonder how far sky  is going to be take it though. I agree he seems
to want to get on television, but for a television station to ask that
he be barred from a certain part of the ground is a bit unfair.

New Zealand, in a typical combination of sporting fever and blinkered
parochialism have missed the big story here. I know it's all been pretty
much downhill for James Cameron since 'Titanic', but reduced to
