Does someone know by experince the difference between those two driver? I
am going to buy my first driver and I need some sugestions. Please give me
some ideas.

Something else you might consider is buying from a local custom
clubmaker, you'll be able to get a ti driver that performs as well for
less than half the price. (And *much* less if you forgo the ti head,
which contrary to popular belief does not have magic properties.)
For myself, I built my own for $60: Golfsmith Grand Titanium 250cc
head (actually alloy with a little ti in it), Paragon Syclone big ***
shaft. I'd be real suprised if I could get more than 10 yards or so
out of a BB or TM than with my homemade deal. And several hundred
bucks for that little extra distance isn't worth it to me. (Of
course, if I'd wanted a ti head, I could have used Golfsmith's Ti 260,
which would have made the cost of my club about $150).
