Golfsmith is going through a major computer change right now. It is true
that they are way behind in shipping and it is difficult to even get a phone
line to speak to them. Canada is not going to start shipping for at least
another two weeks. Overall I have always been pleased with their service
and I'm sure this computer change is costing them big time but when it is
all over I'm sure they will be a better company for it. I too have been
waiting for an order since January 3 and it is frustrating but anyone who
uses Golfsmith regularly knows this is not the norm.
