I've lost my love for GS customer service. I ordered a Zebra RH putter,
shaft and grip. I got a Zebra LH putter. I called, had a long discussion
about the fact that even though it said RH is was indeed LH. I sent back
the LH and they said they were shipping the RH. Two days later I got
another RH shaft - at no charge, to their credit, but I now own two RH
shafts and zero putter heads. I call Golfsmith CS. Sherry say she'll
overnight a RH putter head so I would have it today. When it didn't arrive
today, I called GS CS. Laurie said my putter head is still there and they
have it scheduled to go out on two-day air shipment, so I should have it
Friday. Yeah, right! I don't think the word "customer service" means what
it once did. I'm pretty much done with Golfsmith for awhile.
