Thanks to all of you who responded to my "Can't Hit Woods" thread. Interesting
how it transformed into a "slice" thread. Anyway, I took all the sugestions
to the range and found that my biggest problem was ball position at address.
By lining the ball up in the middle of my left foot I was able to get the ball
airborne. I seem to do better with my driver than my #3. Maybe thats because
the driver is a jumbo. I actually used it in battle on Sunday morning twice.
I hit one lack luster pop up and one ***in line drive. One other comment.
The sound my driver makes really sucks. Its really loud and sounds like a piece
of sewer pipe (head is a Kinetic CER from Golf works). Friday eveing my
wife and I went to the range to hit balls (hot date, huh). I was standing
behind her to she couldn't see what I was doing. I hit a few balls with the
driver and she turned around and said "Is that you making that horrible noise?"
