Steel vs. graphite for irons?

Steel vs. graphite for irons?

I know that graphite woods are very popular (distance vs. accuracy) but
what about for irons?  Which do you prefer?

Thanks in advance for your opinion!

Steel vs. graphite for irons?

Has anyone had any experience
with the Mastergrip clubs
which are
advertsied primarily through
direct mail.  The clubs are very
well
priced and the flyer suggests
that in an independent test
with the
driver and 5 iron that the
Mastergrip out-distanced the
Big Bertha
driver and 5 iron.  I would be
interested in any feedback
anyone might
offer about these clubs.
Thanks in advance.

I have swung my Grandfather's Graphite Shafted Utility/7wood many times
and enjoy its feel very much...I outdistance my 4 iron (the equivalent
iron) with it by 50-60 yards each swing...they are a very good quality for
the price....however...I have also swung a bertha Divine 9 wood and like
its feel much better....Your call hope I helped.

I'd recommend graphite for most women because of the lighter weight.
Aside from that, probably steel.
