Dan King's "Scotland on my Mind"??

Post by Wayne Has » Thu, 19 Sep 2002 06:06:36

I'm planning a trip to Scotland with a few friends and remember
enjoying Dan King's "Scotland on my Mind" series. Is it still posted
somewhere on the internet? In looking through the rec.sport.golf
archives I've found numerous old link references but none are active.
It seems the most common dead link is:

http://www.golfweb.com/library/dking/itinerary.html

Thanks in Advance,

Wayne

Hi Wayne:

Try this one....I can access it as active and go to all the sub-links
contained in it.  A great account of a long-term tour of some great links
courses (and many that you don't hear about in the standard tourist fare).
Plus Dan gives many recommendations and citations of references he used in
planning the trip.
