Wrist pain

Wrist pain

I'm a right handed golfer and I'm starting to have a constant pain or soreness
in my left wrist. The pain is on the lower side of my wrist (the pinky finger
side), right in the wrist joint. I've been to the doctor and it's not
fractured. Anyone have any ideas of what causes it and if there is anything I
can do about it? Is it time for a copper bracelet? Thanks.

I've just recently started feeling pain in the same area and it happened
right after I started using my Momentus weighted club again on a regular
basis. Have you been swinging any weighted clubs or maybe started swinging
more than one club at a time to stretch or warm up? I have a feeling that is
is just a normal pain that you would get from stretching an area that hasn't
been stretched or used before like if you were to make a full wrist***
when you only thought you were before.

Ah yes, welcome to the wonderful world of "getting old".  It may be
rheumatoid arthritis.  I have a similar pain in my right wrist as I am left
handed.

Perhaps you have been practicing the Tiger "stinger" shot?  The golf
media claims it will shatter wrists.
