Rifle or Tri-Gold?

Rifle or Tri-Gold?

I have had my swing speed tested and my 5 iron speed seems to fit the R
flex Tri-Gold or the 4.5 Rifle (among others, but these are the ones I
am deciding between.) What would the pros and cons be of using either
of these shafts. I am a mid to high handicapper.
