I have experience in refinishing 'wood' woodheads. If you have
experience in refinishing graphite and kevlar reinforced woodheads, I
would appeciate any advice.

   Thanks

Its bacically the same process. Remove old finish, by sanding
and steel wool, not a ***. Detail the club as desired,
tape of sole plate, club face or what ever part you dont want
painted.(skip this part if you're not going to paint the head).
Remove masking, repaint any lettering or logos. Apply several
coats of poly.
