I have a problem with service.
Motions go not smoothly, when tossed up.

Someone with confidence, what's your suggestion?

Hi Seiju.  Like you, I also enjoy Pete Sampras's game a lot.

I am not a professional tennis instructor but I'll share with
you what I have done to improve my serve.

You say you have a problem with tossing the ball when serving.
Try this --

Just practice tossing the ball straight up or a little to
the right of your head (if you are right-handed).  Do not
hit the serve;  just practice tossing.  Use a very simple
low-to-high motion.  When releasing the ball, just open
your fingers.  Sometimes, people throw the ball up with
their fingers.  Doint his can impart all kinds of spin to
the ball making it harder for you to hit the ball precisely.

Also remember to toss the ball high to give yourself enough
time to prepare and accelerate your racket over your head.
Tossing the ball high can only be a problem when you are
playing in windy condition.  Otherwise, toss the ball high.

I hope your serve gets better.   Have fun playing!
