Seems odd that they would give him a visa but not Pe'er. But should

They're hoping the grant of Andy Ram's visa to Dubai, will overshadow
Shakar Pe'er's rejection of a visa to Dubai. It won't work.

an interesting 2 weeks for Ram - he plays a regular tournament in Dubai
and the following week he represents Israel in a DC tie behind closed

They care nothing. They wanted to make a point and get attention and

Or maybe the tours' reaction to the Peer situation made them back down wrt
Ram.

Israeli-woman-visa-denying going on the Dubai premises...
