I would be really surprised if you could outfit yourself as described for
that price.  And I notice you have reduced your windsurfing allowance since
the last post.  In case you decide on a Mistral Explosion (9'6", 128 l,
judged by Windsurfing Magazine to be one of the best first shortboards), I
have a nearly new one for sale for $795.
