SAIL SIZE VS SAILOR WEIGHT, Rev 3/29

There are just minor questionnaire changes* this time.  About half of
respondents say they use sail controls, but other comments indicate they
don't understand that by "underway" I mean WHILE moving/racing.  At recent
Florida regattas, over half of the contestants were using sail controls
during the races.

What I'm trying to pull together is what you have found to actually work
best for you, not theories or formulas.  When making comments related to
the wind speed rows, head them with Beaufort number at end of
questionnaire (e.g, Bft#4:  Equipe II with 17.5" fin) to make compilation
easier.
