Apparently this is pretty common among windsurfers...How do you get rid of it?

I use a two-part Alcide solution (used to treat cow udders and sore
teats) by pouring a few cc's into non-leaking, high-top booties (enough
to fill booties up to ankle level). After walking around for 5-10
minutes, dump and rinse.  Alcide is a powerful bleach and will rust
anything with iron in it.  I've needed to do this only once or twice a
year. Great cure for athlete's foot, for me. -***

Mr Blackmer, sounds like powerful stuff, cows udders?
I certainly wouldn't like to use it on "me***"!

Dick,
What's the brand and where do you get it.

Hey,
I just found out from a medical professional how to handle this fungus.
You make up a 10% solution of "clorox" and soak your feet and footwear in it for a few minutes, repeat on a regular basis...   Supposedly clears it up pronto.

Depends on the fungus.  The one I had could not be cured by topical
means.  My wife (a Dermotologist) put me on a 3 pulse treatment of
Sporanox.  VERY effective.  Supposed to be effective for at least
several years.
