Jack, D2s and new Longboards

Hi Jack!

Nice to hear from you. If you remember quite some time ago on this
forum we were comparing D2 and "Planing Hull" Longboards performance in
light air and you said that you would have tried a D2 and reported to
the NG.

I was curious if yoiu have given the D2 a go and how did it feel?

I am very happy to see that almost all the brands are re-introducing
the Longboards in their board-lines. I just can't wait to try a
Starboard Serenity: Remi repotred on the Starboard forum that it is
much faster than the Lechner!

Also the Exocet Pacer X-380 looks like an excellent Planing-Hull
Longboard.

I wish you a successful Regatta!
All the best.

Bostjan,

Just noticed your post.  Sorry to be so slow, but I haven't been able
to participate on the NG much.  No I haven't had a chance to try a
Divison 2 board.  The new Starboard does look interesting.

Best Regard,

Jack (Sarasota)
