Well, it's been good windsurfing weather 6 days out of 7 for the past
three weeks, with sunny skies, winds of 18 to 30kt etc, and I've been
stuck inside studying for my exams, and have only got out sailing twice.

On Friday - the first day after my exams, what happens? The wind dies!
This is the third year in a row that this has happened to me!!!

As if that wasn't bad enough, on Saturday, I tore some ligaments in my
back while lifting a motor mower. I guess that means I won't be sailing
for another few days now - I'm starting to get the WT's (Windsurfing
Tremens:)).

I hope you are all having better sailing experiances than me!

PS. It looks like being an excellent season around here, so if all you
Northern Hemispherians want a great place to get away from your winter,
how about checking out the windsurfing in NZ?

Bad luck Gideon :(

do you have a calendar of W/S events down your way this summer?
I've just got notification of several races around Christmas
and New Year, but aren't there some in Feb? I know the Masters
Games are on this year sometime too
