Wow, Robert, superb concept; love the mixing up of several aligned
sports -- we all tie in other thrills that come off the hub, the
foundation of windsurfing, etc. (I for one am fully jacked on stand up
paddling on the lake I live on; using an old but in great shape
Mistral Superlight and a Laird Hamilton carbon extendo paddle...the
thing nearly plans!).

Also love your key line:
-rig big, sheet in, bear off, smile!

Best of luck with the forward motion,
                   -Clay

LOL.  Standing up and paddling on my old Magnum was how I got into
windsurfing in 1987.  It was the only legal way to go swimming in my local
lake. Just by luck did I run across some windsurfers one windy day.

Jeff Henderson is one of the nicest people I've met.

Alan

Hi Clay

Thanks for the great feedback.  Much appreciated!

Speaking of using old gear to it's fullest potential, there's a bit of
that going on out here...

http://www.stableroad.com/videos/moqstandup.htm - a real waterman at
work!!!

Leash? Who needs a stinking leash??? ;-)

Aloha,

Robert
