That's an awfully wide range.  I'll go ahead and suggest you try one
of the boards I sail a lot, a Mistral Stinger.  They weigh a ton and
aren't the quickest to plane, but they are fun to sail and you can put
a 6.0 on them, and I've gone down to as small as a 4.2 at Rio Vista and
sailed in control.

The E-Rock is shorter, but has a few more liters of volume.  I've never
sailed one but have read that they have a HUGE wind range, like as small
as 4.0 and up to 6.5.

I don't think the E-Rock works in even 4.5 conditions very well.
It is a very wide board and gets pretty bouncy in higher wind
conditions.  The Adagio is probably a better higher wind board
at the expense on the other end.  It won't plane as early as the
E-Rock.  Both are really medium to light wind slalom boards -
not Gorge-type boards or wave boards.
