Spanish language windsurfing magazines?

Post by Cliff Fros » Sun, 01 Apr 2007 07:52:20

Hi,

I want to learn Spanish and would like to subscribe to at least
one Spanish-language windsurfing magazine.  Are there any that are
from Latin America?  There must be at least one in Spanish in the
world--Monty, you know any?

        Thanks,
                Cliff

Cliff,

there are two main windsurfing magazines that are published and sold
in Spain, Fuerza 7 and Surf a Vela. I would recommend you Fuerza 7.
The second one is a bit lame and also features a lot of kiting. I'm a
Spaniard living in the SF Bay Area, never thought about subscribing to
a Spanish magazine so let me know if you find a way.

Saludos

Kike

Hi Cliff,
Yep Kike tells it like it is...  SurfAVela is from Barcelona, and has
a "Kite corner" at the back.
Fuerza7 is from Madrid and has no kite coverage.
Both are resonable and a good way to get familiar with windsurfing
Spanish!
