ATTENTION ALL:

The make up races for Race #1 and #2 for the Cape Cod Windsurfing Series
will be THIS weekend, September 30, and October 1st, on Kalmus Beach. We
will be racing on both days. Please be sure to call the CCWA Hotline:
(508)778-7105, Saturday morning after 7:00am for an update. So far the
forecast for the weekend looks excellent.
Don't forget, this races series is geared towards the novice sailor as well
as the accomplished professional. Be sure to come on down and give racing a
try if you never tried it before. There WILL be a Junior Division for kids
who would like to do the Figure-8 Slalom course and are 18 years or under.
We have three kids coming so far and hope to get more.

We also have a Techno Division for those interested in one design type
racing as well as a longboard division for those who prefer to race on a
longboard. Something for EVERYONE!!

This race series could happen without the helpful support of: Sailworld Cape
Cod, Sunsail Resorts, Hyline Cruises, Fiberspar, E-Bike of New England,
Sailworks, WindsurfingClassifieds.com, Caribbean Wind&Sun Vacations,
iWindsurf.com, New England Windsurfing Journal, and WindFixes.

Last but not least, there is going to be Euro Dance Party at the Moorings
Restaurant in Hyannis on October 14th, with a fully catered meal, awards
presentation, and a HUGE raffle. You do not have to be a race series
participant or a CCWA member to attend this notorious event. Come on down
and party with US!

Well folks it looks like we are going to have wind on both days. NOAA and
iWindsurf are calling for winds 15mph+ BUT the wind is going to be happening
later in the day, rather than the morning. SOOO, we will probably have a
later start. Instead of registration starting at 10:00am, we will start
registration around noon time, and the first possible start will be around
2:00pm and then race until dusk. We will make the final call about this
Saturday morning after 7:00am. Be sure to call the CCWA Hotline:
(508)778-7105. You will have plenty of time to get to Cape Cod, even if you
are traveling from Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, or Vermont to race.
