Seeking good board repair shop

I ripped out the fin and fin box and some of the surrounding area of my 9'4"
board.  I'm not sure it's really worth repairing, but can anyone recommend
a decent shop for repairs in the Bay area?  Any shops to stay away from?

Thanks much!

ASD does this work and does it well.  It may take some time, though.
Phone 415-348-8485

Just talked to John Miller and he said:  Glass board = $95  Epoxy = $150
I also found out that my new 8'11" will be ready Tomorrow at noon!!!!

I've also heard John Forsythe (SP?) does a good job and I think he is
in San Mateo.  Haut in Santa Cruz could also do it.

I got great results from ASD (Advanced Surf Designs) in Mountain
View.  The people there were very helpful, willing to negotiate, and
did an amazing job on what is supposed to be a hard board to repair.
Only problem is that it is 30 miles south on 101.

The repair they did for me was a hole punched in the side of my
Mistral Malibu by the pointed tip of some clown's Naish custom,
who decided to ignore right-of-way/common courtesy.

  ASD
  126 San Antonio Circle
  Mountain View
  (415) 949-5342

And of course, I am in no way associated with ASD other than as a satisfied
customer.
