can anybody in the triangle area recommend places to rent equipment
at reasonable prices, and
nice places to sail?

Unfortunatley, we only have 1 shop in the area and that is WaterWorld
in Durham. Haven't been there in a long time, so I really don't know
what they have. The main place to sail is at Jordan Lake at Ebenezer
Point. Most of the people in the Triangle Board Sailing Cub sail at
Jordan and hit the coast around Emerald Isle and Fort Fisher in Kure
Beach (Wilmington). E-mail me if you want more info. about the club.
