Does anybody know of any stores in the Ocean City/Atlantic City area
selling boards and accessories. What kind of selections do they have. Do
they rent equipment.

Dave, there's a shop called Extreme Windsurfing located on one of the bays
just a couple miles west of Atlantic City. The number is 609-641-4445. I
think they'll be opening on the weekends soon.
The shop is located right on the water behind a big hotel called the
Hampton Inn, which is on Route 40 (The Black Horse Pike), a major route
into Atlantic City.
The body of water is called Lakes Bay. It's a good thermal spot, works in
any direction but due north, no current, little boat traffic, fairly
shallow at low tide. A popular spot, fun sailing.
