They are generally a real 20-25 knots. Typical sails for a good sailor
165lbs who sails over powered is 5.0-5.5. I've been there every February
for the last 8 years. Be prepared for a light day now and then. If you
are bringing you own equipment you might want to bring a 6.5 - 7.0 sail
