I second that, Gulftech with extra sleeves should do the job...

...or thereabouts?

Seems to me like there's a niche in the market for something like this that will
allow somebody to go on vacation with a range of sails but only one set of
booms.

I know it's geometrically(?)  possible because I've got an old set of WSH
Gorillas that do just that: can be set up to fit anything from my 4.4 wave to my
7.5 three-cam.

Check Gulftech. They have some pretty interesting configurations with
fairly outrageous adjustment ranges. Plus, you can ask them to modify
the length of the body to customize the range you're looking for.

Pete,
Here are the specs for the Hawaiian Pro Line Freeride carbon booms.
Length: 5'2" - 7'2" (157-218cm)
Weight: 2.45kg/5.35LB
http://www.surfingsports.com/product.asp?prod=hpl_free
That's 24" of adjustment with a continuous rear end.
