Race board WTB

I'm thinking of getting a used high performance race board (a.k.a
longboard) and want to put the word out for any used top-level course
race longboards.  Examples would include Equipe II XR, AHD 380, F2 380
etc.

Hello Dan,
Not quite an Equipe II but identical hull.  I have owned both and
there is very little difference in the two boards.  But it is a few
hundred miles from where you live.  Anyway, the message pasted below
was passed about by our newsletter editor and it remined me of your
query for a race board.  Read you later,
                              Marc

If you know of anyone looking for a used superlight II see this - the
ad
will run in the July newsletter but I figured it would be good to ask
around
too:

"I have a Mistral Superlite II board, a 5.5 Ultra Profile sail with
cambers, a 6.0 Naish sail, a Crosswinds 230/Carbon 20 Mast, and with
boom included.  Complete setup.  Very good condition.  Great for a
beginner.  $500 for all.  Call Patrick at 301-767-5688 or e-mail

....not sure why he thinks this is a beginner board, but anyway - he
told me
it has the black daggerboard (assume the racing one?), fully
adjustable mast
track (not the one with teeth positions), no footstraps.  He also has
mast
extension and universal.

If it's got the carbon c-board and an adjustable track, it's a really
good option.  More durable than the XR, but not significantly
heavier.  In light winds, it would be a ***shoot.

Love my SLII and have the trophies to show it's a good ride.
