Get the June issue of Windsurfing magazine. There is an excellent
sequence of Matt Pritchard doing a push loop in the hot shots section.

Basically it is _just_ a windward barrel rol, but is actually a lot different,
sort of a back loop gone (backwindedly) wrong. So, you wanna try one

1/ Go fast, hit wave and get board vertical.
2/ hands wide on the boom, and body away from the sail *push it* (the
mast) towards the wind, and the clew skywards. It will back wind, and you
will rotate, (or flip) really fast. This is the bit where i get
into strife, overottating madly, and losing orientation, falling in a heap
into the water.....
Cheers
