I am going to Costa Rica in Feb '98 and I will be renting windsurfing
gear. Doeas anybody have any experiences with the equipment rentals
there? A lot of places overbook and then you end up with wrong or no
equipment?

Charge your reservations on a credit card. If ya don't get what ya paid for, it
becomes VISA's problem, not yours.
