We sponsor Martin Van Geenhoven (Canada's #1 Sailor), who is also sponsored
by Fanatic and North. He rode all of last season on the 304. A month ago he
received the new 9'0" Falcon. Big difference. He's increased his boardspeed
on all points, control in over 25 knot conditions is easy (to him), it just
drives through chop, and can jibe a much smaller radius if needed. Same sail
sizes can be used. Last time I rode the 304 in Hatteras in May, I remember
it getting very physical around 18 knots. Very nice board to race around,
but a typical light wind specialist.
