There is a chance I will be moving to Brussels, Belgium. Are there any
good spots there? what are the conditions like? Any web pages on the
subject?

I think you will have to go to the coast of the Nord Sea (>1hour driving)
or go to the huge inland water area, called Zeeland (also >1 hour driving).
There are the conditions fine.
