Windsurfing on land

I know the prospect of windsurfing on land will fully suck to a lot
of you but here in Australia it's been going on for some time now. A few guys
have been using skateboards with sails attached for years. It's not the type
of thing that you would want to attempt unless you were pretty good or stupid
We (Grass Sole) design and build all terrain skateboards ATS. A couple of the
local crazies that have been into it for a few years have now started using
our boards - they're bigger and carve better than a standard skatey. The word
is that once you've ridden an ATS you'll never ride a standard skatey again.
This is not my personal opinion but what has been passed on from several
As i said earlier this ain't going to appeal to a lot of people but
if there are any of you out there that are into street sailing and want to
broaden your capacity this is a sure fire way to do it. I've also been told
that it is the perfect cross trainer especially when you are getting into
tricks. We've got a home page which does'nt have any dudes windsurfing but
should give you some idea of what it's about. The address is:

If you have any questions or there is something that we can help you
with please feel free to ask. Hope this has been of some interest.

G'Day Dudes,

I am still recovering from my landboard crash on the weekend!!!!   Yes, just
about every piece of clothing is shredded, and my skin is somewhat
similar!!!  Yeah, I got the speed wobbles and couldn't come out of it!
I much rather crashing my windsurfer than my landboard (on ***umen!)
