by A friend of mine will be working in the Dominican Republic on wind turbines
for generating power. She needs wind data.
Does anyone know about wind speed and direction for the different seasons
on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, including the Puerto Plata area?
(This would help me determine the windiest time to visit her, and get
some windsurfing in :-).
