How do I tune a waveboard/my F2 wave 254 (98)?

Hi guys,

can anyone help me. I've just bought a f2 wave 254 (98). It's my first
wave-board and probably not ideal size-wise, but as a really poor
student this was the only real alternative. I haven't really any
hard-wind sails. just a NP MK3 5.5 which I am hoping to use on the f2 on
those marginal days. Except from that I am going to buy a 4.0 wave but
don't know what to have inbetween. My really thight budget restricts me
from getting anything more than an old 4.0 and another wave-sail.
Haven't decided what size yet though. Should it be a 4.7 og 5.0 or
what??

well that wasn't really why I was posting this message. As I have no
prior experience with setting up anything else that slalom and
course-boards so,

What sails suit my 23cm wave-fins

How should I place my foot-sraps for wave, flat-water, air and riding

Any "rules of thumb" (?) regarding mast-foot position?

Anything else?

Thanks in advance.

Adrian

Nothing wrong with that board

Go for the 5.0m option, unless you're a fly-weight, it'll give you a better
range
