Does anyone know of places in Upstate New York where I can take
windsurfing lessons? If it helps, I live near the towns of Cold Spring,
NY ; Fishkill, NY ; and Poughkeepsie, NY.
Thanks,
Frank

>Frank,

Cold Spring has expert level sailing at Breakneck ridge
where the road goes through a tunnel north of town.
There's a lot of tidal current. Wind funnelling makes it
happen in NW and SE.
